Job Description

Are you an fresher looking for a role in financial management? We are seeking a qualified individual to co-ordinate with our finance team, , while optimizing resource allocation and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Execution:
Bookkeeping & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry of all transactions.
Documentation & File Management:
Organize and manage financial documents, invoices, receipts, and reports for easy retrieval.
Handling Client Payments:
Track, process, and reconcile client payments, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups for outstanding dues.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Assist in managing vendor payments and client invoices.
Expense Tracking:
Monitor and categorize company expenses for financial reporting.
Financial Reporting:
Support in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other reports as required.
Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to streamline financial processes and documentation.
Contract Management
: Manage contracts, control budget deviations within approved limits, and expedite payment collections.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of accounts, marketing, advertising, or client servicing.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Academics and Certifications:

Bachelors Degree: BCom, BBA.
Masters Degree: MBA, MCom.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
