Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation, with excellent knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Office.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Process invoices, expenses, and payments efficiently.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payment.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as required.
Handle tax calculations and ensure timely filing of returns.
Manage daily accounting, billing, payroll, and HR functions, including recruitment and employee records.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation with strong analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with payroll processing and billing systems is desirable.
