Role Overview

Tally and Zoho

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their accounting data migration requirements.
• Document and communicate client requirements clearly to the conversion team.
• Assist in converting accounting data between Tally, Zoho Books, and other platforms.
• Review converted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client expectations.
• Provide updates and address client queries throughout the process.
• Provide post-conversion support to resolve queries or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Tally and Zoho Books (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
