Profile -Accounts & Billing Executive

Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Experience - Min 3 to 7 years of experience in accounts and billing. Prior experience in manufacturing industry is a plus

Salary - Upto 6 LPA + Accommodation + Food

Location - Panvel Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Billing Executive with strong skills in Tally ERP to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, and billing activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting principles, GST, and vendor/customer reconciliation, with attention to detail and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and issue customer invoices and bills in Tally ERP.

* Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

* Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* Ensure timely GST invoicing and filing support (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

* Manage vendor and customer account reconciliation on a regular basis.

* Handle petty cash and expense entries.

* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and summaries.

* Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related queries.

* Assist in audits, compliance, and documentation requirements.

* Ensure accuracy in all financial entries and timely closing of books.

Skills

* Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

* Knowledge of invoice preparation, debit/credit notes, and reconciliation

* Experience in preparing MIS reports and maintaining financial records
