Position Overview: We are hiring Accountants and Audit Executives / Assistants to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in Accounts Finalization, GST Filing, TDS Compliance, Income Tax Return Filing, and Internal/Statutory Audits. Candidates with knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel) and interest in automation, data analytics, or AI tools in accounting will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update Books of Accounts, perform reconciliations, and support in finalization of accounts. Assist in Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits under the supervision of seniors/partners. Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS Returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITR). Handle vendor/customer reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny. Prepare working papers, audit documentation, and MIS reports. Support in ROC filings, compliance monitoring, and tax assessments. Explore and contribute to process automation, Excel models, and AI-based audit tools used in the firm. Desired Skills & Attributes: Good knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, and Income Tax basics. Hands-on experience in Tally Prime / Tally ERP9 and MS Excel. Analytical thinking and keen attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and work under timelines.
