Accounts Associate- CFBE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the P&L, Budgets, and Invoices of the CFBE department. As an Accounts Associate in CFBE, your primary role will involve handling various accounts and program-related tasks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining session details, Business & Role Plan details for all FMB batches and sending the data to central admin. - Maintaining interview panel data for FMB and sending the data to central admin. - Managing ERP entry of every session done and sharing session details data with Accounts. - Providing assistance for International and Regional Immersion, including passport details, visa process, and coordination with vendors. - Collaborating with team members and the Executive Director to prepare the Departmental Budget and monthly expenses reports. - Handling batch creation and student creation on E.R.P before every new batch. - Completing any other academic work assigned by the reporting manager. - Maintaining an updated faculty database with their honorarium revisions. - Serving as a support system for the BD team, which includes understanding the entire program structure, handling enquiry calls, attending walk-ins, and managing the FMB interview structure in the absence of the BD team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Prior experience in budget management and accounts administration is a plus.
