Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
Maintain general ledger and reconcile bank statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related returns
Monitor and manage cash flow

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience working with MSMEs or agencies
Knowledge of payroll processing and inventory accounting
