Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Location : Pitampura Delhi

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
Handle vendor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Provide administrative support to the accounts department.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Previous experience in an accounts/finance role will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
