Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry operations accurately and efficiently using MS Office tools like Excel.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by handling back office tasks such as document scanning and filing.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in Tally ERP software.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly closing procedures including journal entries and ledger posting.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and TDS compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in accountancy or related field (accounting).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation and editing.
  • Strong understanding of computer operating systems for efficient data processing.
  • Time discipline skill, Time management & Minimum personal use of mobile phones during office hours.
  • CV with photograph required.
