• KYC (Know Your Customer)

• AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

• Sanctions Screening

• SAR (Suspicious Activity Reporting)

• Transaction Monitoring

• CDD (Customer Due Diligence)

• EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence)

• Fraud Investigation

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end

  KYC reviews

  for new and existing customers.
• Perform

  transaction monitoring

  and identify suspicious patterns or unusual customer behavior.
• Assist in the

  investigation of potential fraud

  or financial crime-related activities.
• Prepare and escalate

  Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)

  as per regulatory guidelines.
• Review customer profiles to complete

  CDD and EDD checks

  , ensuring compliance with global AML policies.
• Conduct

  sanctions and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons)

  screening and escalate matches when required.
• Maintain high accuracy and follow all compliance and operational guidelines.
• Ensure timely case closure while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborate with internal compliance teams for case reviews, escalations, or clarifications.
• Work effectively in a

  24/7 rotational shift environment
