Accounts and Audit Executive

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally, Zoho Books, or other platforms
• Handle ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account finalization
• Generate financial statements and MIS reports

Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax returns
• Assist in tax computation and planning
• Coordinate with clients on tax-related documentation and queries

Audit Support

• Assist in statutory and internal audits for clients
• Prepare audit working papers, schedules, and supporting documents
• Work closely with auditors and ensure timely audit closure

General Compliance

• Ensure timely submission of returns and statutory payments
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping as per audit and tax requirements
• Stay updated on tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory changes

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax provisions
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client assignments simultaneously

Location Note:

This is a Chennai-based full-time on-site position. Remote or hybrid working options are not available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
