Job Title: Financial Executive – Business Advisory / Internal Audit / Taxation Location: Oman Sourcing From: Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Positions: 4 Experience Required: 2–5 Years Industry: Financial Services / Consulting / Audit & Advisory About the Role: We are currently looking for high-caliber finance professionals to join our advisory practice in Oman. This role is suited for individuals with strong technical proficiency, professional integrity, and the ambition to grow within a global environment. Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the following functional areas based on experience and business need: Business Advisory, Internal Audit , or Taxation . Key Responsibilities: Business Advisory Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and business valuations Support clients in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance improvement Develop financial models and assist in investment decision-making Provide advisory support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring Internal Audit Plan and execute internal audit engagements across diverse industries Assess risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations Liaise with client management and support remediation of control gaps Taxation Assist in corporate tax planning, compliance, and advisory services Prepare and review tax computations, returns, and documentation Keep abreast of tax laws and regulations in Oman and GCC jurisdictions Liaise with tax authorities and manage client queries and assessments Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline Professional qualification preferred (CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) 2–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the listed domains Sound understanding of international accounting and auditing standards Proficient in MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to ERP systems is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Willingness to relocate to Oman and adapt to a multicultural work environment What We Offer: Competitive and tax-free compensation package Exposure to international clients and business environments Structured learning and professional development opportunities Collaborative team culture focused on growth and excellence Application Process: Candidates currently based in Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, or Mumbai who meet the above qualifications are invited to apply by sending their updated resume to: cv@finprome.com Please mention your functional area of interest (Business Advisory / Internal Audit / Taxation) in the subject line.
