Job Title: Accounts and Admin Executive Location: Lucknow Department: Accounts Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Admin Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, invoice processing, and visit government department/banks regarding office work. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments, etc.) Record journal entries and reconcile bank statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. MIS and documentation of Secretarial compliances. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Visit Government departments, banks and other offices for official purpose. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in accounting and office administration. Proficient in MS Excel and MIS. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and office procedures. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity. Working Conditions: 5.5 days working. Office-based role with occasional travel, if required. Vehicle is compulsory.
