As a motivated intern at Tax Nova Global Solutions LLP, you will have the opportunity to support the international compliance and finance teams with UK & US Taxation, Accounting & Financial Analysis. This internship is ideal for ACCA students/affiliates, Finance graduates, and candidates looking to gain exposure to international accounting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with UK bookkeeping using Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage - Prepare UK VAT returns and support in Self-Assessment tax returns - Assist in preparing Corporation Tax computations and maintain year-end accounts for UK clients - Reconcile bank, creditors, and debtors for UK clients - Assist in US bookkeeping with QuickBooks Online and prepare various tax returns - Support in US GAAP-based accounting and reconciliations - Assist in financial planning & analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Prepare MIS reports for UK/US clients and analyze financial data for insights - Develop Excel dashboards, performance reports, and client presentations **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong foundation in accounting concepts - Understanding of UK/US tax basics - Knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Sage is a plus - Strong Excel skills including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, dashboarding - Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities - Strong English communication skills - Ability to learn international compliance quickly **Qualifications:** - ACCA students/affiliates (preferred) - B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) - CA Inter / CMA Inter - Freshers with strong analytical and accounting skills are welcome In this internship, you will gain hands-on exposure to UK & US taxation and accounting, training in international bookkeeping software, FP&A, MIS, and financial modeling experience. Additionally, you will receive an Internship Certificate and have the opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
