Job Title: Accounting Executive (R2R – Record to Report) Department: Finance & Accounting Experience: 3+ Years Qualification: B.Com (Associate Degree Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive with a strong background in Record to Report (R2R) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing accounting operations, performing analysis, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong internal controls. Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute accounting processes within the assigned area of expertise. Analyze transactional accounting data to support business decisions. Act as the first point of contact for escalations related to accounting issues. Identify process improvement opportunities and make actionable recommendations. Ensure effective business controls through regular review, analysis, and verification of accounting data. Education & Experience:B.Com or Associate’s Degree (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting Required Skills:Proficiency in business applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of accounting processes, particularly R2R (Record to Report) Excellent communication skills Fluency in English Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
