Accounting Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for closing books of accounts and general ledger entries, managing accounts receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Your key duties will include using accounting software, adhering to deadlines, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry preparation, bank reconciliation, management reporting, compliance with accounting standards, reconciliation of intercompany balances, and preparing financial statements. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Yardi, or Sage - Prepare and upload journal entries - Conduct bank reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies - Possess advanced Excel skills - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements - Prepare various management reports like budget, fixed assets, and cash flow statements - Reconcile intercompany balances and prepare month-end and year-end financials - Maintain the general ledger and analyze open items for resolution - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency - Interact and communicate effectively with other departments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on US Accounting experience - Experience in a Shared Service organization is an asset About the Company: Relay Human Cloud is a global company with operations in the US, India, Honduras, and Mexico, aiming to connect companies with top international talent.
