Accounting Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including billing and invoicing
• Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
