Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally PrimePrepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and handle other statutory compliance mattersEnsure timely and accurate tax filing and compliance under Income Tax and Companies Act for private limited companiesPerform bank reconciliations, handle accounts payable/receivable, and journal entriesMaintain general ledger and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-dateGenerate financial reports, MIS reports, and perform variance analysisSummarize large datasets and derive insights using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, etc.)Assist with internal and external auditsCoordinate with external consultants for tax and regulatory mattersCommunicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English*Key Requirements:*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting rolesProficient in Tally Prime and MS ExcelSolid understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance for Sole proprietorship, Private limited company, etc.Strong analytical and numerical skillsGood working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Fluent in English (both verbal and written)Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
