Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Qualification: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, along with an MBA in Finance or CA or CPA. · Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - 10+ years of core accounting experience. - Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing teams of at least 10-15 members. - Demonstrated experience in Delivery Management within a US-based firm. - In-depth knowledge of various US accounting systems. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Expertise in complex problem-solving and strategic issue resolution.
