Job Description

Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP or other accounting software).
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and verify financial statements, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and expense claims.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Support audits (internal, statutory, and tax audits).
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and petty cash management.
Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities.
Generate MIS reports for management review.
Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA Inter preferred).
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/QuickBooks/other accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, office-based role.
May require extended hours during audits or financial closings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
