Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally accounting software and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using Tally
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Raise and manage invoices through Tally
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes in Tally
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports directly from Tally
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and up to date in Tally
Collaborate with internal teams for timely financial reporting
Stay updated with financial regulations and taxation norms

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience using Tally (Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
Experience with GST, TDS, and income tax filings
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
