Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded.
Manage inventory and ensure that the store has the right amount of inventory on hand.
Pay bills on time and in full.
File taxes on time and by all applicable laws and regulations.
Audit financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and by accounting principles.
Advise management on financial matters.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
