Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure proper classification and coding of all transactions.
  • Invoice Processing:
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documents for vendor payments.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide detailed analysis of project costs and highlight variances against budgets.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Tracking and Monitoring:
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Work closely with site teams to control costs and maintain financial discipline.
  • Payroll Assistance:
  • Support the processing of payroll, including calculations of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain accurate employee financial records.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain organized and secure financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Ensure proper documentation to support internal and external audits.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Liaise with site managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to address financial queries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide assistance during financial reviews and audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
