Accountant – Tally, Excel & Website Finance Management

📍 Location: Remote | 🕒 Full-time | 💼 1–2 Years Experience

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Accountant (no freshers) with strong Tally & Excel skills to manage accounting data across 8–10 companies in different states and oversee website finance operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally ERP.

• Compile and prepare accounting data for monthly/quarterly filings.

• Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) for reporting and analysis.

• Oversee and manage website finance, including sales data, payment gateways, and settlements.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely financial reporting.

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines for reports and audits.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years accounting experience (mandatory).

• Proficient in Tally ERP & Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in managing website finance (E-commerce/online sales platforms).

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple company accounts.
