Job Description

Position: Financial Analyst & Accountant

Company: SuperKreatives (A Canada-based digital marketing agency specializing in mortgage businesses)

Location: India (Remote)

Working Hours: 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in accounting/financial analytics, preferably in a company working with international clients

About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Accountant to join SuperKreatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with P&L statements, cost allocation, revenue analysis, and will understand the nuances of international accounting. You will play a key role in helping us analyze and optimize financial performance as we scale our digital marketing services for mortgage businesses in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze P&L statements
• Perform cost allocation and revenue distribution analysis
• Estimate and track cash flow, revenue, expenditure, and profitability
• Handle payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and maintain accurate financial records
• Use accounting software like QuickBooks and tools like Excel/Google Sheets
• Ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements (domestic and international)
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making for international operations
• Contribute to financial planning and help optimize processes

Requirements:

• B.Com or equivalent degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong conceptual knowledge of accounting principles
• Hands-on expertise in P&L, financial analytics, and accounting software
• Excellent skills with Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability
• Understanding of tax, legal, and compliance requirements is a plus
• Experience with international accounting or businesses working with global clients preferred
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
