About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position is open exclusively to female candidates who are looking to grow their careers in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

3. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

4. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

5. Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.

6. Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate documentation.

7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure budget compliance.

8. Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure timely collections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

2. Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on accounting experience.

3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

4. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws.

5. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
