Location: Hyderabad

Positions Open: 1

Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years of post-qualification (CA) experience

Work Hours: 2PM to 11PM IST

Qualification: CA Qualified


Key Responsibilities:

end-to-end accounting

financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting packages

flux/variance analysis

journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, FP&A) to ensure smooth financial operations.

SOX and audit requirements

Handle client communication effectively, providing proactive updates and addressing queries with clarity and professionalism.

Lead, mentor, and guide junior staff in accounting processes and best practices.


Qualification & Experience:

  • CA Qualified

    with

    4–6 years of post-qualification experience

    in US Accounting & Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of

    US GAAP

    and reporting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with

    month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis

    .
  • Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing offshore/outsourced accounting environment is an advantage.
