Job Title: Receptionist cum Accounts (Fresher) About Us Speedup Infotech is a growing IT training and services company committed to providing quality education, career support, and business solutions. Job Summary:- We are looking for a motivated and responsible Receptionist cum Accounts (Fresher) to handle front desk operations and manage student fee accounts. The role involves welcoming students/visitors, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the front desk. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Manage student records and maintain admission/fee details. Collect, record, and reconcile student fees and payments. Maintain petty cash, receipts, and prepare basic accounting reports. Coordinate with HR/Accounts teams for documentation and admin tasks. Keep the reception area organized and presentable. Required Skills:- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Professional, polite, and detail-oriented. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or any relevant field (preferred). Freshers are welcome to apply. Benefits Hands-on experience in Accounts & Administration.
