A preferred accountant candidate has a relevant bachelor's degree, strong technical skills like advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency, and experience in areas like accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting. They are detail-oriented, have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and possess strong communication, time management, and ethical conduct
