Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy, smart, and efficient Accounts Executive to manage Data Entry , daily accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should be quick with numbers, comfortable using accounting software, and able to maintain accurate records while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
Manage billing, invoicing, GST entries, and prepare vouchers.
Maintain ledgers and ensure all financial data is updated accurately.
Use accounting software (Tally/ERP) efficiently for day-to-day tasks.
Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
Assist in month-end closing, reports, and audit preparation.
Maintain proper digital and physical documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for payments and document requirements.
Work smartly and complete tasks within deadlines.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in accounting roles.
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Smart, quick learner, and efficient worker.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
