Required Accountant for a reputed NGO having experience in NGO accounting work who is expected to deliver the following:-
· Accounting & Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Grant Management, Compliance & Statutory Requirements, Support to audit, Payment & Cash Management, Documentation & Record Keeping
· Expectations: Strong understanding of NGO financial frameworks, fund accounting, and donor reporting; Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills; Knowledge of non-profit financial regulations, fund accounting, and donor-compliance requirements, FC(R) A, Grant Management, and Statutory Compliance relevant to NGOs; Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally ERP / Tally Prime, and other NGO-specific tools.
Qualification: Minimum B.Com.
