Accountant - (Exp: 2.0 To 8.0 Yrs.) -(CTC: 3.0 LPA to 4.50 LPA) -Z J Arsiwala & Associate Chartered Accounts @Kandivali (Mumbai) Client: Z J Arsiwala & Associate Chartered Accounts @Kandivali (Mumbai) Position: Accountant No of Positions: 02 Gender: Both Male & Female Education: B.Com /M.Com Experience: 2.0 Yrs To 8.0 Yrs CTC: 3.0 LPA To 4.50 LPA Joining: Immediate / 15 days/30 days Job Location: Kandivali (Mumbai)   Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Z J Arsiwala & Associate Chartered Accounts. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and supporting month-end closure activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, accurate, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while ensuring timely reporting and compliance.   Key Responsibilities: Record and process day-to-day bill booking and invoicing. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations. Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy. Handle payments processing and follow up with customers for collections. Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing, recovery, and query resolution. Prepare and file GST and TDS returns. Support monthly book closure and ensure timely financial reporting. Assist in preparation of financial statements (good to have) Prepare and deliver MIS reports to partners (good to have) Support cost centre accounting and analysis (good to have) Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.). Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software (good to have). Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.   Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 2- 8 years of relevant accounting experience.   (NO ANY KIND OF CONSULTANCY CHARGES)
