Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with strong experience in Tally ERP to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The candidate should be well-versed in TDS, reconciliation, and day-to-day bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tally ERP Accounting Enter and manage all financial transactions using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. Create and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and inventory records.
2. Day-to-Day Bookkeeping Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Maintain cash book, bank book, and journal entries.
4. Bank & Account Reconciliation Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements. Reconcile vendor/supplier and customer accounts.
5. Invoicing & Billing Prepare invoices and credit/debit notes. Manage outstanding payments and follow-up with clients/vendors.
6. Payroll Assistance (if applicable) Support payroll processing and employee expense management.
8. Audit Support Coordinate with auditors and prepare necessary documents. Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
3–5+ years of experience as an Accountant. Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
