Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately record all incoming and outgoing material stock in the company system/app in real time.
* Ensure all stock entries are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with internal inventory procedures.
* Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to verify quantities, delivery notes, and dispatch documents before updating the system.
* Generate and send daily reports summarizing all material movements and stock status.
* Support periodic physical stock counts and assist in reconciling differences between physical stock and system records.
* Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
* Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and stock adjustments.
* Assist in preparing monthly inventory and financial reports.
Identify and suggest improvements in warehouse processes and reporting systems.
