About the Role

Accountant

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payments, Receipts).
Prepare and maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/Busy (as applicable).
Handle
GST filing
, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations.
Manage
TDS deduction, filing & return preparation
.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Assist in month-end closing & financial reporting.
Maintain petty cash records.
Support audits and coordinate with external CA.
Handle basic payroll calculations (if required).

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom preferred).
1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Good command of accounting principles.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
, MS Excel; knowledge of GST and TDS.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
