This role involves interacting with students, job seekers, and corporate partners to promote One Job’s services and drive business growth. High performers will be offered a full-time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of ₹5 LPA.---Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research and approach potential clients (students, institutes, job seekers, companies).Promote One Job’s free and premium job-search products & certifications.Handle inbound queries and convert leads into paying customers.Maintain CRM records and track daily outreach & conversions.Assist the business development team in onboarding partners and rolling out offers.Work with marketing team for campaigns, demos, and events.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to unlock performance incentives.---Required SkillsExcellent communication and persuasion skills.Strong interest in sales, business development, and client handling.Basic understanding of job search, courses, or ed-tech sector is a plus.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset.---EligibilityStudents in their final year or recent graduates (any stream).Must be available for full-time internship in Subhash Nagar, Delhi.---Internship Benefits₹15,000 fixed monthly stipend + ₹10,000 monthly incentives.Fast-track career growth with direct exposure to sales and startup operations.Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).PPO of ₹5 LPA for top performers.Opportunity to work closely with the founder and core team.
