Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, manage compliance, and support audits. This is an on-site role for candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts using Tally or other accounting software
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns
- Manage payroll processing and compliance
- Coordinate with CA and external auditors during audits
- Generate financial reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a private limited company)
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting standards
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
- Experience working with IT/trading companies
- Fluency in English and Hindi
Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
