About Us Modist Trading Company is a growing export firm actively involved in global trade. Alongside, our group company Depoter General Warehousing Operation L.L.C specializes in warehousing and last-mile delivery services across the UAE & Globally. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing team and support our finance and operations departments. Key Responsibilities Daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Payment & Receipts) Managing accounts payable and receivable Reconciliation of bank statements, vendor/client ledgers Support in VAT filing & related compliance Coordinating with logistics and sales team for billing & collections Handling petty cash and internal expense tracking Maintaining records in accounting software (Zoho / Tally ) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and time management Good communication skills in English.
