Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant who can handle a mix of billing, purchase entry, and inventory responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and be capable of coordinating between accounts, store, and production planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Billing:

• Handle daily billing and invoicing for B2B and B2C customers.
• Record purchase entries in accounting software.
• Reconcile purchase bills with physical goods received and vendor statements.

Inventory & Store Management:

• Verify and receive incoming materials at the factory with proper documentation.
• Maintain updated stock records of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Monitor movement of materials between departments and production units.

Production Planning Coordination:

• Maintain stock data of finished products.
• Based on daily dispatch and stock levels, assist in deciding what products to push next into production.
• Provide daily stock and consumption reports to the management team.

General Administrative Support:

• Support factory operations in day-to-day store and accounts-related coordination.
• Liaise with vendors for invoice clarifications, material delivery status, and stock shortages.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
• Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is essential.
• Should be familiar with basic Excel (Stock entry, billing, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at the factory location.
