We are now looking for an experienced Accountant who can take ownership of our factory-level accounts, payments, compliance, and financial documentation.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining all financial records, managing daily cash flow, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting factory operations.
This role requires hands-on experience working in a factory environment, coordinating with workers, labourers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, entries, and financial records accurately.
• Handle petty cash, daily expenses, and cash reconciliation.
• Manage vendor payments, bills verification, and follow-ups.
• Track workers’ attendance, timings, and salary calculations.
• Prepare and issue GST invoices to customers and maintain invoice records.
• Perform GST calculations, monthly filings support, and ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.
• Create and update MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with factory teams, labourers, and operations staff regarding payments and records.
• Support auditors and management during monthly/annual reviews.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–7 years in accounting, preferably in factory, manufacturing, or interior fabrication environments.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoice management, and statutory accounting.
• Experience handling petty cash, workers’ attendance, and labour payments.
• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with MIS reporting.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills for interacting with workers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Virgonagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Factory Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
