We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company accounts, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and transaction entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as per applicable laws.
• Monitor logistics-related expenses, fuel accounts, and settlement of transport operations.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and internal audits.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and management as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional accounting experience (experience in logistics/transport sector preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
