Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Accountant based in Pune. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, handling tax-related tasks, maintaining accurate financial data, and assisting in maintaining the organization's financial health through detailed reporting and auditing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial record-keeping, bookkeeping, and reconciling accounts
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and preparation of financial statements
• Experience with tax compliance, processing invoices, and payroll management
• Familiarity with accounting standards, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications like CPA/CA are a plus
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
