Accountant in Noida

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in billing, preparing quotations, GST filings, income tax compliance, and TDS. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer billing and invoices accurately and on time.
• Draft sales quotations as per client requirements and pricing guidelines.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and manage reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculations, prepare TDS sheets, and make challan payments on time.
• Assist in income tax compliance and documentation.
• Maintain accounting entries in Tally Prime / MS Excel.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/client accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
