Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and review financial statements, NAV (Net Asset Value) reports, and regulatory filings.
Stay updated with SEBI and exchange requirements, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting standards.

Accounting Operations

Maintain accurate books of accounts for PMS funds.
Ensure timely reconciliations and support valuation processes.

Audit & Coordination

Partner with internal and external auditors.
Provide accurate documentation, reports, and insights during audits.

What You’ll Bring

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years in accounting, preferably within broking, mutual fund, or PMS environments.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory norms.
Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software (
Busywin by Comtek preferred
) and MS Office.
Clear communication and documentation skills.
