What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of hands-on accounting experience in IT / ITES / Software Export companies

• Mandatory hands-on experience in GST & TDS calculations, payments, and return filings

• Experience handling full-cycle bookkeeping using any accounting software ( Zoho Books / QuickBooks / Xero )

• Exposure to international client invoicing, Softex, and Indian statutory compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping including invoices, expenses, journals, and reconciliations

• Handle international client invoicing, collections, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and file GST & TDS returns with timely statutory compliance

• Maintain accruals, prepaids, payroll entries, and month-end closures

• Support audits, Softex reporting, and compliance documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience in IT / ITES environments

• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and export compliance

• Hands-on experience with any accounting software

• Ability to work independently with high accuracy in a remote setup
