About the Role:

Kadamshree Developer is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. The ideal candidate will handle all accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filing and ensure statutory compliance.
• Oversee vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and expense management.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain accounting records in Tally / accounting software.
• Support management in budget planning and financial analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical mindset.
