Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Team Leader with strong knowledge of Tally ERP to manage . The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with financial insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• lead the accounts team in daily accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP including ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory returns.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for audits and compliance.
• Train and mentor junior accountants on Tally and accounting procedures.
• Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of accounting experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and lead a team effectively.
