Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with basic experience in industrial or manufacturing accounts. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist in financial planning and forecasting for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts in 

  Visual Catpro

  .
• Record and verify all 

  sales, purchases, expenses, and payments

   accurately.
• Prepare and file 

  GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

   and maintain ITC reconciliation.
• Manage 

  vendor and customer ledgers

  , handle transactions.
• Prepare 

  weekly and monthly financial reports

   – P&L, cash flow, and expense statements.
• Assist management with 

  financial forecasting and budgeting.

• Coordinate with auditors, GST consultant, and banks for financial compliance.

• Maintain proper filing (digital and physical)

   of invoices, challans, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor balances, and stock movement reports.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 3+ years

   of experience in accounting (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of 

  Visual Catpro / Tally

  , GST portal, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly deadlines.
• Basic understanding of factory accounting, inventory, and taxation.
