Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a sales-based or trading environment. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations, sales invoicing, receivables tracking, and assist in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records in Tally/ERP or accounting software.
• Record all purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and verify cash transactions.
• Maintain ledgers, general entries, and trial balance.

Sales & Billing Support

• Track daily sales, outstanding payments, and customer ledgers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for billing updates and credit management.
• Monitor stock movement related to sales and returns.

Receivables & Payables Management

• Follow up on customer payments and maintain an ageing report.
• Manage vendor payments, bills, and GST input records.
• Ensure timely settlement of dues and maintain clear documentation.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly financial reports.
• Support management with MIS reports on sales, expenses, and profit analysis.
• Help prepare financial statements when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a sales or distribution company).
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
