Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in BUSY ,TALLY Accounting Software and a proven track record in managing accounts for Immigration and Consultancy businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete accounts lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts using software
Record and reconcile day-to-day transactions, receipts, payments, and journal entries
Prepare and manage branch-wise accounting, TDS, GST, and bank reconciliations
Monitor and prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow
Generate and review invoice billing, credit notes, and follow-up on receivables
Manage consultant commissions, and agent payouts
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, if applicable)
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and senior accountants for timely submissions and audits
*Requirements:*
Industry Experience in Immigration / Overseas Consultancy / Study Abroad firms is a must
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
Ability to handle multi-branch accounts and cost centre-wise reporting
Excellent Excel skills for data handling and reporting
Good communication skills to coordinate with operational and management teams
Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
